Common questions

I bought Pro but it is not unlocked. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Can my family use my Pro purchase? Yes. Pro supports Family Sharing: family members in your Apple Family Sharing group can restore it on their own devices.

How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.

Is there a subscription? No. Pro is a one-time purchase. There are no ads and no weekly or monthly charges.

Does Clueface work on iPhone Duo? Yes. On iPhone Duo the app uses both displays; on every other iPhone it works on the single screen.
